SHIPPING

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3-5 business days, unless otherwise specified. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to be updated.

Please be aware that the estimated delivery time provided is calculated from the date your order has been shipped.

CORRECTING INCORRECT INFORMATION & ADDRESS ISSUES

If you have entered an incorrect address while placing your order, please reach out to us immediately via DM on Instagram @i.m.mala, so we can resolve the issue before your package is shipped. It is important to note that I.M.MALA cannot be held liable for any lost or stolen mail.

If you have received an incorrect size, the wrong item, or a damaged item in your package, please DM us on Instagram @i.m.mala right away, and we will assist you promptly.
